But it's still cheaper than a brand new 528i.

I found one for 21k with 60kmiles. 17k pays for a lot of repairs.

Still, It's not exactly a new car either. For $31,000 NP. That's around what they seem to be going for.

Oh, I can't believe they've gotten that cheap! That's brand new Honda Odyssey EX-L money! You do have to pay for maintenance, but still, which family hauler would you want to have, a M5 or an Odyssey?

Well, they are in different leagues. If you have 5 kids, you aren't hauling them anywhere in an M5 sedan.
I wouldn't buy a minivan even if I did have five kids, which I don't. But I'd not have the M5 for that money.

Some people have a minivan even though they have two kids. No clue why.

Only if that price comes with the Carmax extended warranty.

E60 M5's with a manual are relatively rare as well. It looks pretty good in black, but I don't think I will ever get over those headlights. As cool as the V10 is, I still prefer my E39.

Did you ever ask your Dad if he'd let you buy a used car if it came from Carmax?

I did, he said no, but I'm going to show him again, and really explain it to him. I didn't really do that last time.

Do it tonight! Carmax is almost better than new. In some cases you'll be under warranty for longer.
I'm kicking myself for not thinking about it before buying my last car. So many decent prices on cars that are only scary to buy if they don't have a warranty.
Now that Doug has pointed out the benefits of Carmax who in their right mind wouldn't buy a V10 M5?

I know it's literally a must-buy! It's pretty much the deal of the century.
I'll tell my dad about it tomorrow in person.

You could afford this car:

I'm sure in a few years once I'm done with the Fiesta E90s and E60s will be approaching that price.
